Robert Baltazar is currently USA Network’s Director of Reality Development.  Prior to joining USA, he was most recently Executive Director of Development & Current Programming at ITV Studios where he oversaw pilots and series such as Celebrity Fit Club for Vh1, WCG Ultimate Gamer for SyFy, and First Love, Second Chance for TV Land.  He joined ITV Studios in 2006 as Manager of Development.  Prior to ITV Studios, Baltazar was Manager of Development at Lion Television and was Department Coordinator of Alternative Programming at The WB Television Network where he assisted in the development of shows like Beauty and the Geek, High School Reunion, and The Surreal Life.
