Director of Development

Nicole Maxwell is currently the Director of Development, for NBCUniversal's Peacock Productions, West Coast. Nicole is responsible for the creation and development of nonfiction series programming and content, that in turn, can be sold to a wide spectrum of broadcast and cable networks. For example, the successful series Storm Riders on TWC. Previously, Nicole was Director of Development at Banyan Productions where she oversaw all creation and development of TV and multi-media projects. While there, she developed the hit primetime docudrama series, “Deliver Me,” on Discovery Health and "Surviving Motherhood" for TLC. In addition, she was a Producer on the Emmy awarding-winning series “True Life,” (MTV) and “The Daily Show,” (Comedy Central), as well as a Producer for Sundance Channel, A&E and Travel Channel. Nicole also produced and directed the documentary, “Her Name Is Zelda,” which aired in HBO’s Film Festival.
