As Chief Marketing Officer at Footage.net, the world’s premier online platform for stock footage research, Seevers oversees all marketing and outreach efforts, builds new content partnerships and manages the site design. With his help, Footage.net has become one of the world’s largest online repositories of stock footage clips, and essential production resource for creative professionals around the world.  Seevers also owns and operates Thriving Archives, a company providing strategic marketing, market research and business development services to companies working in and around the footage-licensing field. In partnership with the Association of Commercial Stock Image Licensors (ACSIL), Seevers produced both the ACSIL Global Survey of Stock Footage Companies 2007, and, in 2011, the ACSIL Global Survey of Stock Footage Companies 2. He is also the author of the Footage Customer Survey: Non-Fiction USA, an in-depth study of footage customers from the US documentary film community. He was formerly the Director of ABCNEWS VideoSource. A key member of the start-up, he led VideoSource through 10 years of growth.
