Adam Steinman has served as Vice President, Non-Scripted International Development & Sales, at Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP), since October 2010. Based in Burbank, Calif., Steinman reports to London-based Andrew Zein, WBITVP’s Senior Vice President, Creative Format Development & Sales.  In this position, Steinman is charged with overseeing the adaptation and development of non-scripted programming based on formats and original concepts developed from within the International Television Production group and international third-party producers (and vice-versa). He is also responsible for helping WBITVP identify U.S. producers to partner with, as well as acquiring U.S. formats to be exploited internationally.  Steinman joined WBITVP after four years at Tiger Aspect USA, an entity of Tiger Aspect Productions (TAP), one of the UK’s leading television producers. Since December 2006, he had served as Vice President of Development and Production, responsible for Tiger Aspect USA's network and cable development projects. He developed and sold shows to Bravo (“Make Me a Supermodel”), Lifetime (“Cook Yourself Thin”), A&E (“Rookies”), History (“Extreme Trains”), TLC (“Makeover Train”) and truTV. During his tenure at Tiger, he also was an executive producer on several series, pilots and specials, including Bravo's "Make Me a Supermodel" and History's "Extreme Trains."
